Jaime Schilling

Jaime Schilling is a seasoned fundraising professional, specializing in philanthropy and major gifts. She has spent the last 13 years building donor relationships, securing gifts ranging from $10,000 to $4M; including outright gifts, multi-year pledges, planned gifts and gifts of real property. She has also served as a development generalist, for 5 years leading a full development team responsible for annual fund, direct mail, digital and peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, special events, major gifts, and planned giving. Jaime has worked to advance a host of high-impact missions, including international development, regenerative agriculture and food systems, higher education, and social and mental health services for refugees and immigrants, seniors, at-risk youth, foster children, and survivors of sexual assault.

Jaime completed her graduate work at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, earning an MBA with a focus in International Development, and an Executive Certificate in Global Negotiations. She also holds BA degrees in Communication and French from Arizona State University. She recently served as one of 50 fellows selected for the second cohort of Movers & Shakas, a remote work program in Honolulu, HI, where she built a fundraising program for an agriculture-focused nonprofit organization working to strengthen the local food supply chain. She has also lived and worked in West Africa, and  is conversant in French.
